To qualify for an exchange within the 3-day window of your purchase or delivery date, the following conditions must be met:
Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, invoice, or order confirmation number is required.

Verification: Provide your order details and the reason for the exchange (e.g., size adjustment or color preference).
Return Shipping: Once approved, please drop off the item at our physical location or ship it back to our warehouse. Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Please note that certain items cannot be exchanged even within the 3-day period:
Customized Goods: Any items made to specific measurements or personalized engravings.
Clearance/Final Sale: Items purchased during "Final Sale" events.
Hygiene-Sensitive Items: For health reasons, items such as undergarments or earrings cannot be exchanged once the seal is broken.
Once we receive and inspect your original item, we will process the exchange. If there is a price difference:
Higher Value: The customer will pay the remaining balance.
Lower Value: The difference will be issued as store credit for your next visit.
